Three Months Intensive Training: 29th March, 2010 to 25th June, 2010

What is it for?

To raise up young entrepreneurs with character, skills and initiative so that they honour the King through establishing Kingdom businesses.

Who can join?

The following selection factors are important:
~ a clear sense on the part of the applicant that he knows that Kingdom business is God's will for him.
~ a record of faithfulness in serving the Kingdom.
~ a degree or diploma in an appropriate discipline
~ a genuine desire and ability to study and obey the Word of God.
~ a recommendation by the elder (s) of his local church.
~ the ability to understand and communicate effectively in English.

How does it work?

A variety of experienced trainers will provide formal training at our Bangalore center. Trainees will learn all aspects of establishing a business as well as how to build relationships, exercise leadership, resolve differences and develop team work. Group discussions and management exercises are included in the training to help develop well-rounded Kingdom entrepreneurs. At the completion of the training, assistance will be provided to help trainees start their own business

How much will it cost me?

Trainees are required to pay a registration fee of Rs 500/- but, throughout the entire year of training, accommodation and a monthly stipend will be provided. All trainees on this programme will be invited to invest in the training of other potential entrepreneurs once their business are established.

The Christian Walk:
Intimacy with God, Living by Faith, Kingdom of God, Why read the Bible?, Integrity, Being friends and much more
Business Skills:
Accounts, Finance, Innovation, Marketing/Sales, Personnel, Planning, Production, and Starting a business.

Trainees are trained through various multimedia resources. Practical work experience with a Kingdom organization for a month will be offered to trainees from 1st Jan 2010, if they wish.

Who are we?

Turbocam India Pvt Ltd started as a Kingdom company in Margao, Goa. in May, 1989. It employs over 85 people in Goa and Bangalore. Turbocam exists for the purpose of honouring God and has started this training programme to contribute to the advance of the Kingdom of God in the Indian marketplace.
